The "L" shaped kitchen is open to the living-dining room to enjoy the water view and also has its own window and fluorescent lighting. It is equipped with oak cabinets.

The antique wood burning cook stove has been modernized with insertion of a stainless steel electric cooktop that includes griddle and grill. Its oven is only used for pot storage - there is also a recently added 30 inch wide self cleaning wall oven with convection and standard baking modes.

The oak laminate floor is a recent upgrade.

A floor-to-ceiling 10 foot wide antique oak cabinet has a mirrored wall behind its counter. Below the counter are 7 drawers plus generous pantry space, there are open shelves on either side, and sliding glass doors above.
